Many organizations are not designed to accommodate and facilitate individuals with cognitive disabilities. It is difficult for neurodiverse employees to get hired as most businesses still insist on hiring based on the employee being a “good fit” in the company’s culture. Neurodivergent talent sourcing is driven more by personal connections than by structured processes. Employers often rely on a combination of internal and external partners to find the talent they seek. This approach is fundamentally slow and requires a lot of legwork. We utilize an entrepreneurial mindset to develop curriculum and solutions to social and environmental challenges faced by autistic professionals, helping them to succeed in the workplace.
Encourage Resources and our exclusive curriculum examines the nature of neurodiversity, the challenges neurodivergent people face and how to support them.
